Yes - the OR will NOT deny you your day-to-day living expenses. If all of your cash is in your bank account, then the OR should allow you to withdraw enough to live on.
Has the account been frozen, by the banks, yet?

the thing is all the debt is in the over draft so the money i will withdraw would be in the overdraft limit . i had some money paid in yesterday to from a old temping job . I haven't any money and not sure what to do ????!!!!!!

In the ideal world, it would have been better to have made arrangements for that money to have been paid into another account - possibly a family member's account.
Unfortunately this is not an ideal world.
I think you need to talk with the OR as soon as possible.
You say that you have no income - are you in receipt of any benefits? If so, make sure that they are not paid into your bank account.
In my opinion, the OR will probably allow you access to that money, but that is ONLY my opinion.

    Hi
First thing Monday you should go to your local benefits office and explain the situation to them. You will find most people are very friendly and he/she may be able to let you know about some benefits you never knew you were entitled to. Perhaps even a crisis loan.

    Things can only get better.:rotfl:
