Hi everyone.
I won a £25 Ocado Voucher from the Elizabeth Shaw Facebook competition on the 16th June. I sent back my details and all was fine, until a week ago when I contacted them getting an update on the status of my prize. I was told there was no more vouchers left and is there any others I would like. I asked for Asda and I was told this was fine and they would get it sent out. Is there a time limit they have to sort prizes out at all? I feel like they haven't really put much effort in to making sure I get anything at all!

Thanks everyone. The change of Ocado over to Asda voucher was about a week and a half ago now. But this was only arranged because I asked them were my original prize was. So do I give them another 30 days from then or is it from the 30 days they had to give me the Ocado one?
