Dependants affecting mortgage

How much will my children (i.e. dependants) affect how much of a mortgage I can get?

I will have about £90K deposit and am looking to get about £100K mortgage (£26K part time income).

I am also a single mum if this makes a difference.

Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.81

    Use different lenders' affordability calculators.

    Check the output with dependents, then without.

    You'll see the difference.
