postal comps

Hi,
can someone please help me understand postal competitions.
I can see to get to postal competitions it says you have to enter postal, text and phone competitions in the search bar. When I do this there is a list of different magazines not a list of postal competitions to enter. Am I doing it wrong or is the list of magazines what you need to check everyday to see if they have any postal comps. I'm feeling like a right banana as it seems all double dutch to me. I would be grateful for any advice/help

you'll get a drop down list

you'll get another drop down list,
click on
Instant notification by email <<
then click on
add subscription <<

...

that way you'll receive notification for when a new posting has been added to the thread,
especially useful for when the thread keeper starts a
new one

thanks for you replies they were very help. I find it hard navigating my way round this forum, Im such a newbie to this forum and computers in general.:)
