The National Lottery "Millionaire Lifestyle Tester" Competition Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") relate to The National Lottery "Millionaire
Lifestyle Tester" competition (the "Competition") described on the website
www.iconosquare.com/contests/luxuryprizetesters the "Website"). By entering for a chance to
win one of 6 millionaire lifestyle prize testing experiences (together, the "Prizes"), you agree to
these Terms.
The Competition is run by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited ("Camelot") with assistance from The
Big Kick Company Limited and Nick Deyong Limited (the "Prize Fulfilment Suppliers").
Eligibility and Taking Part in the Competition
1. In order to enter the Competition, you and the companion you choose to accompany you
when taking the Prize must:
(a) be residents of the UK or Isle of Man;
(b)be 18 or over except for the ‘Dream Drive’ experience when the winner must be between
the ages of 25 and 65. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and will be required
before a Prize can be taken;
(c) not be an employee (or an immediate family member living at the same address of any
employee) of any Camelot Group Company* or the Prize Fulfilment Suppliers or any other
company associated with the Competition;
(d)be able to take the Prize during the dates set out in paragraph 19 (a winner will lose their
entitlement to a Prize if they are not available during the dates set out in paragraph 19);
(e) be in possession of a valid passport at the date of travel with at least six months remaining
before a renewal is needed*;
(f) be able to travel at short notice*; and
(g)be able to (legally and physically) take part in the experiences that form part of the
Prizes*. For example, a full UK driving licence will be needed to be able to drive the sports
car that forms part of ‘Dream Drive’ Prize.

The Competition
2. The Competition entry period will start at Monday 21 July 2014 and finish at midnight on 1
August 2014 (the "Entry Period"). To enter the Competition you must, during the Entry Period,
record a video lasting no more than 15 seconds (and meeting the requirements set out below)
capturing why you think you should be one of our millionaire lifestyle testers and win one of
the Prizes ("Video Entry"). You will then need to upload your Video Entry via
www.iconosquare.com/contests/luxuryprizetesters in accordance with these Terms. Your
Video Entry:
(a) must feature you in person in a speaking role;
(b)must not feature anyone under the age of 18;
(c) must be appropriate for family viewing; and
(d)must not contain viruses or other malicious code.
3. When you submit your Video Entry you will be required to provide various details including
your full name, email address and date of birth. Any Video Entries not complying with these
Terms (in particular those set out in paragraph 2) will not be valid. It will be at Camelot’s
discretion to determine whether a Video Entry complies with these Terms.
4. By submitting your Video Entry to enter the Competition, you acknowledge, accept and agree
that if you win a Prize:
(a) Video Entries may be made available for public viewing on the competition page on
Iconosquare and across The National Lottery’s social media platforms (including but not
limited to Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheNationalLotteryUK) Twitter
(www.twitter.com/TNLUK), Instagram (www.Instagram.com/TNLUK) YouTube
(www.YouTube.com/TheNationalLottery) the National Lottery website
(www.national-lottery.co.uk) and blog (www.blog.national-lottery.co.uk)). Your name as it
appears on the entry form will be published alongside your Video Entry.
(b) Camelot may publicly announce the winners of the Competition and publish their name.

(c) Camelot may use your Video Entry (or extracts thereof) to promote The National Lottery
and/or The National Lottery EuroMillions game, including, but not limited to, using your
Video Entry on The National Lottery’s social media platforms mentioned in paragraph 4(a)
above, in National Lottery emails, media screens in National Lottery retailers, on printed
materials and on non-owned digital websites (together referred to as "TNL Media").
(d) You will be required to capture key parts of your Prize winning experience in the form of
written words, video and photographs. A written brief, equipment training and equipment
will be provided to you. A film crew may accompany you on certain parts of your Prize
winning experience to capture the content;
(e) You and your companions have no right to anonymity;
(f) All content that you capture during the taking of your Prize will be owned by Camelot and
may be used by Camelot across TNL Media further to paragraph 13 below. As you will not
be the owner of the content you will not have the right to use any of the content for your
own purposes, including using the content on any social media websites.
(g) The taking of the Prize is a contract between the Winner (defined in paragraph 6) and the
suppliers of the Prize (and any element of the Prize), and is subject to any terms and
conditions of those supplier(s).
5. Please note that if you do not win a Prize, your details will be retained by Camelot in case any
Winners (defined in paragraph 6) are unable to claim their Prize and a Prize is reallocated (see
paragraph 8 below).
Winning the Prizes
6. There are six Prizes available to be won, as detailed on the Website and further detailed in
paragraph 19. All valid Video Entries will be judged during the week commencing 4
August
2014 by a panel of judges including at least one independent judge, who will select the 6 best
Video Entries. The entrants who submitted those Video Entries will be the winners (the
"Winners"). The entrants who submitted the next 12 best Video Entries will be put on a
standby list (see paragraph 8 below). The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
7. Camelot or Camelot’s Prize Fulfilment Suppliers will contact the Winners by telephone on the
number provided on the entry form and in addition, may also contact the Winners by email.
8. Winners will lose their entitlement to their Prize if:
(a) Camelot or its Prize Fulfilment Suppliers are not able to contact a Winner after three
attempts;
(b) a Winner tells Camelot that they do not wish to accept the Prize; or
(c) Camelot decides, acting reasonably, that a Winner is not suitable to take part in all or the
experiences that form part of the Prize.
9. In the event that one of the Winners loses their entitlement to their Prize then the entrant that
submitted the next best Video Entry (listed on the standby list) will be contacted and selected
to become a Winner.
10. The judging panel will allocate one of the six Prizes to each Winner based on their Video
Entry and perceived suitability. The judges’ decision is final in relation to allocation, although
Camelot reserves the right to change a Winner’s allocated Prize to a different Prize. Camelot
and the Prize Fulfilment Suppliers also reserve the right to substitute all or part of a Prize
and/or its experiences should any become unavailable. Substitution shall be for an experience
similar to the Prize and of equal or greater value.
Before the Prize is taken
11. All Winners and their companions will be required to attend a briefing session at a venue
to be determined (reasonable travelling expenses will be reimbursed) in order for Camelot to:
(a) Provide Winners and their companions with a brief on what content and experiences to
capture during the taking of their Prize;
(b) Provide Winners with the equipment needed to capture content and provide training as to
how best to use the equipment.

12. It is your responsibility to keep Camelot informed of any change to your personal details
submitted upon entry (including, without limitation, your telephone number(s)). Any change to
your personal details must be made in writing and sent either by email to
socialmedia@camelotgroup.co.uk , or by post to Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, 5
Floor
Brettenham House, Lancaster Place, London WC2E 7EN – please reference "Luxury Prize
Testers" in your email/letter.
13. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive (for the benefit of Camelot) any and all
moral rights you may have or be entitled to in the future throughout the world in relation to
your Video Entry and agree to waive the same irrevocably and unconditionally for any content
you capture of your Prize experience, whether pursuant to the Copyright Designs and Patents
Act 1988 or otherwise. You hereby further agree that the copyright (if any) and all other rights
title and interest (including rental and lending rights) in respect of your Video Entry and the
content shall vest in and is hereby irrevocably assigned to Camelot who shall have the
unfettered right to deal with the Video Entry and content or any part of them in any way that
it thinks fit. You hereby give all necessary consents as may be required pursuant to the
Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise including but not limited to performance
consents to enable Camelot to make the fullest use of your Video Entry and content.
General
14. All personal data provided to Camelot or the Prize Fulfilment Supplier(s) during entry or
otherwise in relation to the Prizes, will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998 (the "DPA"). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot and will be shared with
the Prize Fulfilment Supplier(s) for the purposes set out in these Terms. Unless you have
opted out at the time of submitting your Video Entry, your personal data will also be used by
Camelot to send you marketing and promotional messages about The National Lottery and its
games. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic
Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered to you under the
DPA and you consent to such transfer and to the processing of your personal data in such
countries.
15. The surname and county of Winners can be obtained until 31
st
October 2014 by writing to
Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, PO Box 251, Watford WD18 9RN.
16. Camelot’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Camelot and the Prize Fulfilment Suppliers accept no liability or responsibility of any
nature for any action or event which prevents a person from entering the Competition, nor in
relation to the taking of any Prize or the consequences of doing so (including for the acts or
defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Prize), to the
extent permitted by law. Further, Camelot and the Prize Fulfilment Suppliers shall not be liable
for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside
its reasonable control.
18. Camelot reserves the right to delay or cancel any or all of the Prizes or the Competition at
any time, or to vary any or all of the Prizes, the Competition or these Terms at any time by
giving notice to you (on the Website or otherwise).
