2 part mortgage

Hi, we originally took out a mortgage 2 years ago on a 2 year fixed deal, this has now come to an end so are free to move it. However, last year we took our some additional borrowing on a different deal.
My question is, can we move just the original mortgage to a new lender as the 2 year fixed deal has come to an end and leave the additional borrowing deal (which still has 1 year to run) with our current lender? Our current lender is Natwest.
Thanks,
KH

Short answer is no.
No lender is going to do this as it would be impossible to repossess the property if you failed to pay one or both of the mortgages.0 -
Mainstream mortgage lenders will all require the first charge on the property to secure their monies. So it's not possible to have mortgage accounts with different lenders.0
