There's a pinned competition post on the page to win a £20 voucher to spend on Bits by Beth. You have to like the page and then post something positive that's happened to you today (the day you're posting I guess) on the competition post. Doesn't have to be about the page or anything, just something positive.
Closes on Sunday 27th July at 8pm.
Can put the £20 towards something more expensive but there's also things on there for under £20 (engraved photo frames, personalised bunting etc) for those who aren't looking for any extra expense for their comping.
