Woolwich - still waiting for offer after valuation

I could be wrong, but I thought barclays/woolwich accepted internet bank statements as long as the have your name and address at top?

We got our mortgage from Barclays/Woolwich and they accepted internet banking print outs for bank statements.

snowscreamer, jellyfish76, they have our internet banking statements but they don't show the overdraft limit. They specifically want proof of overdraft limit.

I went into the branch today and got the branch to type up a letter confirming what it is. No doubt, Woolwich will tell us it's going to be another 5 day wait now.. so frustrating. We were originally holding off on ordering searches in case for whatever reason we were declined (even though the valuation has been done), but given how long this is taking we are just going ahead.
