Recently received the following from Dolmio- very good receipe book, list of products suitable for vegitarians, voucher and some samples. you need to request receipe book and list.
I purchase their chunky mediterranean vegetable sauce all the time and it is a really good way of meeting 5 pieces of fruit and veg each day if you like/rely on convenience foods. one jar of their chunky mediterranean vegetable sauce contains 4 portions of vegetables.
I really do like this company. their products cost a little more but it's worth it for the quality. (and no before you ask I don't work for them).
