Just to say that problems are ongoing. Decided to have another try with LBC, and this time I find myself to be Paula Hepburn whereas last time I was Lisa Parker - I am neither of those people nor have I entered anyone else details/login information. I am quite concerned about the security on that site, especially as I have a very uncommon name. I have still had no response from LBC regarding ending up in other people's accounts, so I'm giving it a wide berth.

I'd report your concerns to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Maybe that will provide them enough reason to get it sorted.

Thanks, cooldude, I've never come across them before. I have again sent my concerns to LBC today, so if I haven't heard from them in the next 48 hours, I will contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
