Empty Signed for Envelope.. anyone else?

HELP PLEASE... just had to SIGN FOR a letter from 'Barnstaple devon' obviously to do with a comp... but the letter is empty as its not been sealed properly... any ideas anyone?... anyone else had one??

Its so annoying... i know the postman and he said they cant tell where its from by the signed for thing.. is that correct?
BACK and READY..... waiting on Royal Mail!!!

    If a letter isn't delivered that should be signed for then it is returned to the sender to let them know it was not delivered. If you take it to your local post office perhaps put a letter inside saying you received this empty envelope that was not sealed properly and ask them to return to the sender.
