Terms & Conditions: 1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only excluding employees of Mothercare and Early Learning Centre and their families and agents. 2. By entering this competition, entrants will be registered to receive email communications from Mothercare Group. Entrants must also be a new or existing fan of Early Learning Centre UK on Facebook. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. 3. Early Learning Centre UK Limited reserves the right to publish prize winner name and home county in future Early Learning Centre publicity. 4. All valid entries must be received between 15th - 29th July 2014. 1 winner will be drawn at random to win a 4 night holiday to Cornwall for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. Inclusive of dinner, breakfast, 4 hours of relaxing spa treatments and £300 allowance towards travel. Estimated prize value £2,000. 5. All parts of prize worth up to £2,000 must be taken by 31/12/14. Holiday can be taken at any time excluding 23rd December to 2nd January 2015, subject to availability. Prize is for two adults and two children under 12. Dinner for two adults and two children on all nights at The Flying Fish restaurant is included to the value of £26 per head, per night. By entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. All extras will need to be paid for. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, St Michael’s Hotel & Spa are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. ELC and St Michael’s Hotel & Spa employees and family are not eligible to enter. The prize winner must agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. 6. Early Learning Centre reserves the right to amend or, in circumstances beyond reasonable control, withdraw the prize draw without notice. 7. No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered and prizes cannot be modified. 8. The winners will be notified in writing via the email address supplied within 10 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the date that Early Learning Centre sends notification. If the winner does not respond within 28 days, their prize will be forfeited. 9. The result of the draw is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 10.
