Hi everyone I'm new to this,
I'm 54 (55 in November) and I want to cash in the rest of my pension
I had to stop working in 2008 due to ill health
Can I cash in once I get to 55 I did have a small lump sum and I have a monthly payment each month
Thank you

If you are receiving a monthly payment is this a final salary scheme? Otherwise how are you getting payments before you are 55? Have you been receiving this since you stopped working because of ill health?0

It isn't clear if you have already commenced your pension (be it DC or DB).
If you have, then no the new rules offer nothing for you.0
