This might suit those who want a bit of stress relief without thedrink lol. It's a meditation discourse and meditation session.
I receiveddetails having signed up to another event these guys are doing next Saturday atUniversity of East London.
This one takes place at: The Park Clinic (Middlesex University), 7 BoulevardDrive, London NW9 5HF
Thursday 24th July 2014 between 19:00 pm - 20:30pm
So if you're local to North/West London might be worth having a look.
