Buying Bigger Property with existing BTL flat remortgage

I have a question about my BTL flat remortgage.I want to remortgage my existing BTL flat to raise money for my plan to buy for us new bigger house deposit.Is it possible if yes how easy to do this

    Much depends on your current lender , i.e. whether they will permit a release of funds for the purpose. Also the lender for the mortgage of the new property will have to be agreeable to the source of the funds.

    Speak to a broker. As you'll need guidance to find your options.

    Yes it is possible.

    How 'easy' it is it?

    Subject to credit history and income there should be a number of options.

    Don't waste time trying to do it without a broker.

    There are dozens of factors to be considered and too many to list here.
