Self employment...this is new

So, the ex's limited company was struck off....he's now got a shiny new website which claims he is a 'not for profit organisation'. Can he do this? I mean, legally, without any kind of...I don't know, legality (like a charity number)? Presumably even if he's 'not for profit' the HMRC and/or CSA can ask pertinent questions like 'why are you only paying yourself 5p an hour?'
*shrugs*. Thought I'd seen it all. Obviously not!

It is disgraceful how low people sink to avoid paying maintenance. My ex is self employed - he tried a few tricks but never that low. He should be ashamed of himself.
Sorry I can't help with the answer to your question.0 -
The organisation might not make a profit but he might be paid a salary rather than dividends0
