Why?
They tried to deliver whilst I am working.
Never had something small and light being needed to be delivered

They have their own courier company, it works out cheaper than paying for Royal Mail to deliver it. They will normally just post low value items through the letter box though, although its a problem in flats if they don't come before the trade button disables.0 -

Did you use Prime? Unless you select first class delivery I've found recently Amazon almost always use a courier. I've switched to collecting from a Locker as it is less hassle.0
