Newbie Question - Extra Junk Mail though Comping

I've been comping about 8 years and I used to get quite a bit of junk mail, even after being careful with the tick boxes. These days I only get a couple of pieces a week, if that, and I'm not even as careful with the opt-out boxes. Maybe companies would rather reach out through their email lists these days?0
