Barclays Mortgage/ Self Employed

Hi Again,

Just a quick question about being self-employed.

I changed from being a sole trader to Ltd company a couple of years ago (Have two years SA302s as salary/dividends)

I've submitted an application in branch at Barclays to gain a further advance to purchase the rest of my shared ownership mortgage.

The MA only asked for SA302s but reading the new MMR criteria online it suggested that company directors need SA302s AND company accounts.

Can anyone confirm ? Should I have provided those also?

Thanks ACG - yes that's what I was just reading.

Bit annoying that the MA in branch didn't ask for accounts. I've seen here twice and the application definitely has me down as a limited company.

This is going to sloooow things down.

My Business tax year runs Dec-Dec

I've submitted SA302s for 2012-2013, 2013-2014

Having read through the criteria am I right in thinking as a 100% company director I can submit accounts for Dec11-Dec12 and (signed)draft accounts for Dec12-Dec-13 as that covers the dividend periods for the SA302s I'm using? I think that's what the criteria says.

My head hurts thinking about it!
