Turkey Mince Burgers - Advice

Sorry folk as this might be a real silly question.

Just done 12 home made turkey burgers for lunch at work. Normally I just cook enough 3 days ahead so I don't freeze them but keep them in the fridge.

I know I can freeze them but once they are defrosted and I recook them will be ok overnight in the fridge to ate for work the following lunch time?

Yes I eat them cold

    yes they will be fine, you can always refreeze after cooking too

    Are you freezing raw, defrosting, cooking then cooling? Or cooking, freezing, defrosting recooking and recooling?

    If the latter then I don't think that they need recooking and recooling unless you intend refreezing for some reason.
