Moving and increased expenditure - telling the OR

We are moving next Friday so naturally will inform the OR as we are both BR but I assume we also have to supply details of our new, and increased, expenditure too?

Our rent, council tax, gas, electric are all increasing. We won't know how much gas/electric/council tax will be until the first bill so is it ok to wait for the accurate figures to come through in the form of the 1st bill (which might be after the 21 days they say you have to inform them of any changes) or should we tell them and then say they'll have to wait until we know?

Unless you have to make payments to them because of your income, they only want to hear if your money goes up, i.e you get a higher wage/lower expenses.
