Paypal sent me a refund from Natures Vale, the payment came from 'avolan products ltd', Also owned by the same are ''revival supplements ltd'', ''Natures fuel ltd'', ''Etal Pure ltd'', ''Etal sports ltd'' plus others if you look further, after a few checks I found that there are several companies listed with the same director to a flat in Leeds. The websites are identical to that of Natures Vale, they have the same address and contact numbers too. Looks like it's a scam?
I have called the Police on this, I suggest if you have been duped you should do so too.

I placed an order back in July and received it OK within about 5 working days so thought all was fine.

I have placed 2 subsequent larger orders due to the competitive prices, 1 on 31/08/and 1 on 02/09 and have not received either order yet. Reading these posts and others online I am starting to worry and think I too have been duped.

I have paid using a Debit Card with all of my orders so I don't think I'll be able to get a refund?

I too cannot get through by phone and I have sent a message via the web.

Not sure what else to do at this stage?

I reported Natures Vale (along with the other dozen or so websites with the same address) to Police Action Fraud (online shopping fraud) Telephone number is 0300 123 2040, I have been given a crime ref number whilst they investigate. If you Google actionfraud.police.uk it will take you to their website with all the contact info'

This is a SCAM website. They are being investigated by the Police with Crime Reference Number NFRC-1409-0076-1755. According to the Police this is one of many companies operating from a Flat in Leeds, UK. Please do the right thing and contact the Police and report your fraud.

Thank you all for your recent posts about natures vale. My research into the company led me to this forum after my order failed to arrive and I could not contact the company. After reading the posts I reported my case to police action fraud (I did not know they existed), quoting the case number scam_buster posted. The police were very helpful and told me the address quoted on the natures vale website was a nursery so made it even more suspicious. I paid by paypal and raised a case with them, providing the crime number I was given by the police. Within 6 hours they refunded me my order value.

I have also ordered goods for 30 odd pounds this week from this website, do we have to wait to see if they deliver or just report it, not sure what i ought to do Thanks.

Report them to the police, the Naturesvale facebook page has been closed today because of the posts from many customers who have not received orders. Use the crime ref No. on this page, maybe you might get your money back if they are charged & convicted???

I have not receive my order made at Natures Vale 11 days ago, only the automated order acknowledgement email. I cannot get onto their website now either, and haven't been able to access my account for days due to "maintenace". My emails have not been responded to.

On the evidence provided here, I have phoned actionfraud.police and made a report. I now need to try and get a refund from my credit card. I would urge others to report the company to the police too if they are in a similar position as it will all help to build up a case.

Thanks for your posts on this matter, I placed an order since 9 days ago and got a confimation email to say my order has been received and is being processed. I became suspicious when they didn't respond to my email in which I requested an update. I finally received a shocker today when I couldn't access their website, then I saw these posts. Am calling the Police action fraud straight away.

Thank you to everyone posting useful information on this company and what to try to do next!

I phoned Police Action Fraud (online shopping fraud - 0300 123 2040) and was referred to Citzens advice Consumer Service: - 0345 404 0506. I called and gave the story and they provided me with a reference no and instructed me to ring my bank (as I paid by Visa Debit) and request a 'Charge back'.

I bank with Nationwide and they have taken all the details and their Visa investigation team will look into it and so I may potentially get my money back.

Checking today, the website is down and the following message posted: -

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our site. If you placed your order on or after Monday 25th August we may not have successfully received your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our technical team is working to resolve this issue and we hope to resume normal service shortly; unfortunately we will be unable to fulfil any orders which were not successfully received and shall be refunding payments for these missing orders. We expect all payments to be located and refunded by Friday 19th September and should reach customers accounts by Tuesday 23rd September.
We apologise again for inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience."


I hope anyone have ordered products from the site and having not received them get's their money back!
