Argh, I ordered from these idiots too. Thankfully I used paypal as I always do for sites I've never used before. Have raised an item not received claim on paypal.

I got an email saying they have a server issue and are refunding all payments and orders will not be received if placed after 25th august.

Have had the same issue with an order I made at the beginning of September. Having not received the order, and after many attempts at calling them, I started a ‘Chargeback’ process with my credit card provider. However, this morning, I came across this message on Nature’s Vales’ website...

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our site. If you placed your order on or after Monday 25th August we may not have successfully received your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our technical team is working to resolve this issue and we hope to resume normal service shortly; unfortunately we will be unable to fulfil any orders which were not successfully received and shall be refunding payments for these missing orders. We expect all payments to be located and refunded by Friday 19th September and should reach customers accounts by Tuesday 23rd September.
We apologise again for inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.



Checked my Credit Card transactions this morning, and sure enough, the money had been refunded to my card. :beer:

Yes appears to be an organised scam. Same experience as others above. I suspect their message (quoted above) which is now their website is little more than attempt to stall investigation or complaint... since I have not been refunded by them I do expect to be refunded by Paypal however and have raised the case.

I have just seen a thread on Trust Pilot website from a customer who has had £300 stolen from her bank account after ordering from Natures Vale. I cannot place a link on here, but if you Google 'Trust Pilot/ Natures Vale you will see it - Check your bank if you have ordered from them.

Ordered a couple of products on 12th August 2014, still waiting. (25th Sept 2014) Have asked for refund 3 times and was promised one, but never received it. Now their website says they are having difficulties but these should be resolved by 23rd Sept (2 days ago.) Just Googled them now and other review sites report problems with orders not received, banks details stolen etc. If they ever do get back on line my advice is don't use them - go elsewhere.

Got my paypal refund this morning. Natures Vale never replied to the claim I raised.

I always use paypal for new companies, glad I did. Bunch of shysters.

I recently made a purchase from the website healthjunction.co.uk. This is a very in depth website that i would never have been able to guess was a scam website but after spending £60 and receiving no items I tried to call them and realised their number was not going to connect to anyone. I am from up north and their website claimed to be Bradford so I started to google this site knowing I had been ripped off. In their t&c section they detail the leeds address Unit 11 4 Cross York St Leeds LS2 7EE. This then led me to loads of company registrations that you all mention above.

When I found this chain I knew I had to start leaving reviews around to warn other people. I am going to call the fraud number kindly listed int he posts above and I paid by debit card so Natwest have said they will look into it for me. Fingers crossed I can get my money back. It amazed me how they are getting away with this though. Website after website. This domain is 58 days old so despite other scam websites they are continuing to rip people off on new sites with the same details.
