I found your post by trying to Google for reviews of the site too!

I placed an order on the 7th July for something that had 2-3 day availability. Left it a couple of weeks as I was in no rush but have had no delivery and no emails except for the order confirmation. Emailed them yesterday to get an order update and am awaiting their reply...

Something tells me I won't be getting one

I received a reply yesterday to say that the manufacturer of the product I'd ordered was unable to supply them or give them a lead time so they've now cancelled my order and refunded me fully.

So they might not have what you want but as a company they seem legit.

I have just bought some items and it confirmed payment but it didn't confirm when I will receive it.

I do'nt want to wait ages so I am not sure if I should cancel

I ordered about 7 things from them but 3 were out of stock so I was refunded for those. Delivery took about a week and they included some free hand cream that I wasn't expecting.

I made 2 orders from this site. They say they deliver in 5 days.... WRONG!
Took 2 weeks for the 1 order. 2.5 weeks for the second. Both orders had items missing and damaged.

After a bit of research I found out the website was only registered in June 2014 and it is obvious they don't have any good systems in place to handle order processing.

Avoid them!!

Placed an order from this ''so called'' company, never received my items, tried emailing them, calling them (premium rate number too) Got no reply.... - Finally received refund via paypal after complaining. Although they probably still made money off of me for calling their premium rate number, which I didn't realize at the time. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

they took my money on 29/8/14 and tried to contact them today, 9/9/14 - no response. I have received nothing from them. Won't use again that's for sure

Can anyone give me the number to complain and get refund- they have charged me and not received my goods. Can't get through on phone either..
