Urgent Advice. Do we have a cooling off period or right to refuse to buy?

Hi,
My partner had an eye test at Boots and decided on some new frames and lenses.
She paid £155 towards the £311 total. T
Upon returning home, she looked online and saw they where much much much cheaper to get online....
She phone Boots today, less than 12hr after ordering to cancel but they said they will speak to a manager and phone us back.
Do we have a right to cancel? A cooling off period? Can we get our money back?
UPDATE -
I quick google and I've found that theres nothing I can do, and the store won't budge...
Even if we didn't collect the glasses and pay the balance, we could still order the same quality glasses and save £70 on the original boots price. But we would be worried boot's would send the bailiffs. But we haven't signed anything or received the goods.
Also: Looking at Sales of Goods Act 'Once you’ve made a firm agreement with a trader, you have a legal contract with them, even if there is nothing in writing. Check the terms and conditions of your contract to see if you have any right to cancel the agreement. You should have been given the terms and conditions when you made the order and it may be on your order form or receipt or in a leaflet.'
Boots gave us no leaflets or T&C on Receipt etc

They will certainly enforce payment - and quite right too, with respect.0
