I need help with this one please?
I joined a couple of day ago for my granddaughter , she had lots of fun on it yesterday.
I could not find anywhere that they asked for an address or any other details. Where I first saw it they said the children were sent a birthday surprise, but didn't ask for birthday dates just a name.
Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks, I am not with it this morning, I have given my address, been a long week with the grandchildren 4 & 6 and my dad 87, the house is lovely and quiet, but can't get my mind going.
Think it was the birthday surprise, I was wondering about.
