    Depending how much you are borrowing the 3.99% zero arrangement fee may be better for you.


    Other lenders have better rates and/or cashback.

    With that size mortgage then paying a fee of £999 is less than 1% of the loan.
    Use " whatsthecost " and put in the figures, loan size, interest rate and term.
    Unless you intend to pay the £999 fee you need to add that to the loan when using the 3.79% interest rate.
