No win no fee solicitors in Belfast

I want to sue Barclays Bank PLC. I am wondering if I went to see a Solicitor in Belfast would they ever offer me a no win no fee payment structure?

Now I understand that my case would have to be water tight, but surely if the Solicitor has confidence in me winning the case they would get compensation paid to them by Barclays Bank.

My concern would be that the solicitor gives me false hope in order to lure me in as a paying client of theirs, and if I were to lose the case I would have to pay large legal fees.

No conditional fee arrangements in Northern Ireland I'm afraid. Get a free consultation, a good commercial practice will tell you if you have any hope. If it's miss selling related you'll have little or no hope.
