Mutualpoints Problems

Hi, is anyone else having problems with Mutualpoints. For past couple weeks links from Mutualpoints have come up with error messages. Today my account shows zero points when I should have over 1000. I thought I'd try clearing cookies etc and signing in again but now it keeps saying my sign in info is incorrect. Anyone else experiencing the same?

I'd like to know why you cannot get them to reply to an email. They have a so-called ticket system, but still don't reply. Can anyone help please?0
