haha - we had that problem when we phoned them too.. seems silly if they had 2 calls about it - surely they must have heard of them with the second call.

that was stockport we rang you silly fool. it sounds tempting to get one, i dunno though!
  • The Barcode of the robotic hoover is 05067206. Some stores have sold out but some have quite a few left in as they were sent out 'on allocation'. ie 50 (for example) were sent to each store and that was it, when they were gone they were gone. They were originally around £100 and have been slowly getting cheaper.

for those in and around south yorkshire i know that barnsley, dearne valley, doncaster and sheffield (queens road) had some in stock yesterday.

    Hello All.
I gave mine a good run this morning, and he seemed pretty good. The battery seems to only last around an hour, which isn't great, but I guess you can leave it in one room when you go to work, charge it over night, and set it off somewhere else the next day.
It does pretty well at picking up bits, but it only has a small area for suction, so it needs to go over each area several times.
Mine seems to have a fondness for one particular corner, but did escape eventually. It's a very clean corner now.
Overall pretty good stuff for 30 pounds.
I got one for my sister while I was there. I'm thinking mini vacuum robot wars are a possibility :D
