Has anyone had dealings with these numpties ? Had a phone call out of the blue yesterday from an indian lady called 'karen'; wanting to discuss 'a personal matter'. I've crossed swords with most DCA's in my illustrious debt career but these are new to me. Their tactic was to ask me to confirm my date of birth; I said I bet she was trying to scam me, which she said was impossible because the call was being recorded! I relented and told her my date of birth but put the year 600 years in the future, I explained to her I was a time traveller, don't think she appreciated that one. Fresh meat to have fun with when I'm bored.
