    Is the Buttery Mash from the Sainsbury's Basics range or is it one (or more) up from that? If you've not compared like for like, that might not have helped.

    I thought they were funny, never apologize on other people's behalf, it doesn't work.

    I thought PFT was apologising for her own criticism of other posters... which of course she is right to do. ;)

    As others have said, home made mashed potatoes are vastly superior to any packet version and so easy to do. No recipe needed at all.
