Sweat smells

How can I get rid of sweat smells from a blouse without washing it. I have a dryclean only blouse that is a bit whiffy.
I have tried hanging it outside, in the bathroom, freezing it, blowing steam cleaner. But it is taking ages.
Any ideas?

Hello June, a blouse, I would hand wash in the sink and line dry. Blow the dry clean only label.
My DD has some posh suits and in between dry cleaners I steam clean in my washing machine just to freshen them. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -
Just wash it normally by hand and put it on a coat hanger to dry.
You cannot get the smell of sweat out, you may be able to cover it but pretty soon it will smell disgusting.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

Try spraying the armpits with white vinegar and leaving it to work for 20 minutes before gently hand or machine washing:heartpuls The best things in life aren't things :heartpuls

Out of curiosity, why dry clean only? What's the material?
I agree with others though - I generally ignore dry clean labels (apart from wool suits - I can shrink wool just by looking at it) and I've found for sweat smells, either give the area a good rub with cheap white soap (block of) and hand wash, or sometimes a spray or two of anti bacterial surface cleaner can do the job (Dettol seems to work better for me). You may have to rinse and repeat a couple of times.
