they are from china and they don't have the standards or reg we do here. they hold a very high nickel content and could cause reactions to skin or green colouring if worn for a long time. watched a very interesting program on this a while back.
this is way they are so cheap.0 -

Hi All,
I bought this last year as I thought it was really cute.. I didn't know what I was going to do with them but I ended up giving them to the local church sale to raise money for the funds.. I took them off the chains though as they would have turned necks green !!! but the little owls were fine without the chains... They would do as little stocking fillers...0 -
I bought one a few months ago and it didn't turn up.
They told me to check at my post office as it had been sent.
At that price, it was hardly worth the parking fee, ha ha.0 -
