House Sale Fell Through And Need to Apply For More Lending

Hi, we have been accepted for additional borrowing for a new house but the sale fell through...during this time we took out a loan to cover the building work required.
We must apply for new borrowing amount and wonder if the loan, which has yet to be paid (deferred start date) will show on our credit file when we apply?
We are concerned this may affect our new application
Please help as meeting bank on Monday:j

Check your file.
There should be a search on it at least.
This may compromise your mortgage options depending on your circumstances.
Every week the message on here is don't take out extra unsecured lending before your mortgage is complete.I am a Mortgage Broker

Chances are it will show up on your credit file, as they would have done a credit check to approve your loan.0

Did you check your mortgage lender's affordability calculator to see if the mortgage and loan would be considered affordable together?
If you haven't, I suggest you do so...I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
