Entry Process
1. The promotion is open to United Kingdom residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees and their immediate families of any HEINEKEN group company or of COSTCUTTER and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. The promotion starts and entries will be accepted from 00:00:01 on 17/07/14. Entries made before this time will not be accepted.
4. The promotion closes at 23:59:59 on 06/08/14. Entries made after this time will not be accepted.

7. Entrants must enter by answering the question ‘Name one of the flavours in the New Desperados Verde drink’ and supply their email address, telephone number, house name/no, and postcode
8. There is a limit of one entry per person during the promotional period.
9. Once an entry has been verified, entrants will receive a confirmation message via email. The message will confirm that you have been entered into the promotion.
10. All entrants who answer the question correctly will be entered into a prize draw
11. The winning entries will be independently drawn at random from the correct entries by 08/08/14. The first winning entry drawn will win a trip to Budapest. The next 25 entries drawn at random will each win 1 x £10 itunes voucher.


Prize Details
12. There are 26 prizes to be won. 1 x First prize to be won of a trip to Budapest; 25 x music prizes consisting of a £10 voucher to be redeemed on iTunes.
Winner of the VIP weekend in Budapest will be notified by telephone within 72hrs of the prize draw. Winners of the £10 iTunes vouchers will be notified by email within 72hrs of the prize draw. In the event that a prize winner does not claim the prize or is unable to accept the prize for any reason within 28 days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select another winner at random from all qualifying entries.


First Prize
13. 1 x prize of a weekend in Budapest comprising of return economy flights for two people both over 18 years old from a London airport to Budapest, 2 nights 4 star bed and breakfast accommodation on a twin room shared basis (including breakfast), transfers in Budapest and (if over 21 years old) VIP tickets to one of the hottest clubs in Budapest with Skip the line and guest list entry plus reserved table in the VIP area, with table service. If winner or companion is under 21 years old an alternative VIP package will be provided.

14. Weekend in Budapest prize also consists of; 1 item of 20kg hold luggage per person, 2.5 hour guided graffiti & street art tour to discover the coolest street art in the city, £150 towards transfers, food, drink, tips, travel & spending money, Access to an out-of-hours phone number staffed 24 hours a day, 7days a week. NO OTHER TRAVEL, SUBSISTENCE, GRATUITIES, COSTS OF A PERSONAL NATURE OR ACCOMMODATION IS INCLUDED. THESE COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY WINNER AND THEIR COMPANION.

• VIP Club Entry Terms and Conditions:
• VIP club night to take place on a Friday or Saturday night
• Guests must be aged 21 years old or above and have relevant ID to gain entry. If winner or companion is under 21 an alternative VIP package will be provided.
• Smart / casual dress code required


a. Prize excludes travel between winner’s home and departure airport. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked the prize cannot be amended.
b. The prize trip must be taken by 31st July 2015. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentines Day, school holidays, or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise.
c. Winner will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of all passports in order to enable booking of their prize trip.
d. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
e. Any travel insurance, necessary visas, vaccinations, passports & any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner & their guest.
f. Winner must have access to a personal email account to receive flight details and itineraries.
g. Winner will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
h. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
i. Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability

Music Prizes:
15. 25 x £10 iTunes vouchers to be won. Winners will receive instructions on how to redeem their voucher via email.
16. Apple are not official participants in, or sponsor this promotion

General
17. All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non- refundable, and non- transferable.
18. The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The winner and companion agree to take part in any reasonable publicity without additional recompense.
20. For a list of winner’s names and their counties, please send a self-addressed envelope to Desperados ‘Win VIP WEEKENDS PROMOTION - DESPERADOS’ to; Space, 4th Floor, Dudley House, 36-38 Southampton Street, London WC2E 7HF within 3 months of the closing date.
21. No cash or other prize alternatives are available in whole or in part. However, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner.
22. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to postal operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
23. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
25. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
26. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
