Help find who and how much i owe

Hello,
Over the years i have like many others got myself into way to much debt,
Lost my job about half a year ago and everything has become a mess. Just lost my car so another 3.5k has been added ontop of my debt.
My problem is i have totally lost track of who and how much i owe to everyone. payday loans/phone/car and so on..

Is there anyway i can find out exactly who and how much i owe everyone?
Its becoming such a stress ive started looking into becoming bankurpt but even that has a large upfront charge which id have no way to pay for.

Any ideas?

You can check your credit reports with Experian, Equifax and Noddle. If you do this, however, you should make sure that you recognise everything on your credit report.

It's not unheard of for debts to appear on people's credit reports that they don't, in fact, owe. So have a good luck at everything and make sure it's all accurate.

The difficulty you will have is that some of your debts might have been sold on, so may be registered on your reports as companies you don't recognise.

Thank you, Experian wont work as i used that years ago and cant afford to pay the monthly charge so ill try one of the other ones,

You can get a statutory report for £2 from Experian and Equifax. Noddle is free.
