WM recommendation

I've been looking around for a while (online mostly as I live in the sticks) and now I really need to replace my 16 y/o machine, done brilliantly but has bits falling off it now
Wonder if anyone can recommend a good WM (I avoid Hoover, Hotpoint, Beko so they are all out). Looking at spending £275 tops. I really need a WM with the water inlets on the right hand side at the back (as you are looking at the machine from the front) - I think most are on the left. Want something simple and uncomplicated, the less bells and whistles the better.
Edited: I have a few machines recommended from the last time I posted, just looking for some more recent experiences.
Thanks
G

Yes I could do that, but prefer to not have the clutter and also my plumber has recommended keeping all hoses etc in this house to the minimum as it is a very hard water area and prone to furring inside. Also prefer to re-use what I have already.
I will bear that in mind if needs be.

I've had a Zanussi at another house as well as a Bosch and they were both good for me.
I was wondering, are all WMs cold fill only these days? My last several have been H and C.

I have a Samsung WM - its getting on for six years old now and works perfectly- no sign of rust, the rubber seal is fine. (and now I shall just go bang my head on wood - because sure as eck its gonna break down tomorrow!!!!!!!).
I bought mine on Sale in Argos - but I think you could get one for your budget.
no -I tell a lie, the grandgirls were two when I bought that machine and they are ten now so its 8 years old!0 -

My local plumbers merchant sells longer hoses if they would help. But they're in Blackpool which might not be where you are2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

I would say that the best WM's I've had have been Zanussi, and Bosch. I've still got the Bosch, I've had it 10 years, and apart from leaking on certain programmes(fortunately they're ones I hardly ever use) it is brilliant.
I once had a H0tp@!nt which wasn't very good, only had that 2 years and was glad to see the back of it. I've also had a Hoover, which was pretty good.0 -
We've just replaced an 18 year old Zanussi with another one, but it really was a toss up between that and a Bosch. Be careful though, some of the new Zanussi only had the jet system on a couple of programmes, rather than all of them.Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j
If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!0
