Its not complicated by the the way you pay. Stakeholder, personal pension and SIPP all have the same rules. BTW, the fee can be paid by the company as treated as a business expense.
If you have employees, you need to be aware of auto enrolment. The directors get pulled into it if you have employees. Ok, I think because we're putting in relatively little at this early stage paying £750 (£500 each director or £750 for two!) might not make sense and we would go with one of the cheaper ones at this stage just to get the ball rolling. Then, as we are able to invest more, I assume we would be able to either start another private pension or transfer the funds with more advice and a higher fee?0
