Does bankruptcy include Court Judgment debt

Can anyone tell me if bankruptcy would include a Court Judgment debt please?

Depends entirely on what the court judgement was for.

Most would be covered, but there are a few types that would be excluded.

It's as a result of maintenance (spousal & child) owed and costs from family proceedings

Some of that is one of the things specifically set down in law as being excluded.

May be all of it or just some that is excluded, but you should seek some legal advice on exactly what status it will have.

Not so concerned about the maintenance aspect it's more the excessive costs
