Renault Summer Test Drive Promotion Picnic Backpack Terms & Conditions

1. The Renault Picnic Backpack incentive is open to all customers invited to and having taken part in the Q3 2007 Test Drive Promotion which runs from 11 July 2007 to 31 August 2007.
2. To take part, you must be resident in the UK and be over 18 years of age and hold a clean driving licence (endorsements will be considered on an individual basis) or over 25 years of age if driving a Renaultsport product. Employees of Renault UK Ltd., their families, associated companies, suppliers, Renault Dealers and their employees and agents and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this offer are not eligible to participate.
3. The test drive must be booked directly online at www.summertestdrive.co.uk or by calling 0800 100 161 (Monday-Friday = 10am to 8pm, Saturday = 9am to 5pm, Sunday = 10 am to 4pm).
4. Participating Renault Dealers reserve the right to decline a test drive at their discretion, in which case Renault is under no obligation to enter the participant into the picnic backpack offer.
5. Renault UK will only accept an entry as valid if the Dealer that handled the test drive confirms to Renault UK that the test drive did actually take place on the date and time booked.
6. Customers may book a test drive in any Renault vehicle during the promotional period. However, only one entry (test drive) per person will be eligible for the incentive.
7. Taking the test drive implies no obligation whatsoever to buy a car.
8. All test drives are undertaken at participants' own risk.
9. All customers who book a test drive through the website address above will be sent a confirmation email stating date and time for selected model�s test drive. The customer must print out the eVoucher and take this to their local dealership on the date when the test drive has been booked. Having taken the test drive, the dealer will stamp the printed eVoucher and the customer must return it to: Summer Test Drive 2007, Renault UK, PO Box 106, Orpington, Kent, BR5 4BR before 30 September 2007.
10. The test drive must be taken at a Renault Franchised Dealer who must validate the Test Drive having been taken by stamping the Test Drive eVoucher with their Dealer Stamp.
11. An unstamped eVoucher cannot be exchanged for the Renault picnic backpack.
12. Any test drive eVouchers received after 30 September 2007 will not be exchanged for the Renault picnic backpack.
13. Upon receipt of the stamped eVoucher, Renault will despatch one Renault picnic backpack per person. Please allow 28 days for delivery from our receipt of your correctly completed and validated eVoucher.
14. Picnic backpacks will be despatched via Recorded Delivery, whereby a signature will be requested upon receipt.
15. Renault UK cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of a picnic backpack. eVouchers are sent to Renault UK at the sender�s risk and a Renault picnic backpack will not be re-mailed for any reason.
16. The prize stated may be changed at Renault�s discretion. No cash alternatives will be available and the Renault picnic backpack cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
17. In booking and taking a test drive, all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.
