remortgage - which one

Hi,
I'm looking at re-mortgaging and I have a few option that I need some advice.
I am currently with first direct on a variable offset mortgage. I'd like to stay with an offset because it provides flexibility and makes my saving work a bit harder.
my choices are:
1. first direct - 2 year @ 3.09 and £100 fees
2. first direct - 3 year @ 3.39 and £100 fees
3. coventry BS - 5 year @ 3.25 and £1000 fees
Which should I go for?
