5. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, July 27, 2014.
6. The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
8. Two winning entrants will each receive the following prize package for The Open Championship 2015 at St Andrew’s for Sunday, July 19, 2015:
• One pair of tickets to The Open;
• One night’s accommodation and dinner in either the 4-star Old Course Hotel or Fairmont Hotel on Saturday, July 18, 2015;
• Transfers between the hotel and Leuchars railway station;
• Standard class return train travel from any UK mainland rail station to Leuchars; and
• Transport between the hotel and St Andrew’s on Sunday, July19, 2015.
9. The prizes do not include travel outside the UK mainland, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
10. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winners and their guests may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of MasterCard and the Promoter.
12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and/or MasterCard. Accordingly, the Promoter and/or MasterCard may, at its or their absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter and/or MasterCard as a result thereof.
