Sainsbury's delivery pass a bargain
Worth a look if you regularly spend over £40 online at Sainsbury's. We get a weekly shop most of the time. The deal is that you buy an annual delivery pass, we got it at a discount, and then you do not have to pay for any delivery slot for the full year. Think it cost us about £40 and we have already recouped that cost after about 6 weeks! Over a year we think it will save us about £150 to £200.
On a related note I have taken to emailing a complaint directly to Sainsbury's if I feel the use by date on any item they deliver is too short. On every occasion this has resulted in a refund and an apology.
Hope this info is helpful.

How/when did you get it at a discount? The Sainsbury website currently offers a 6-month midweek pass for £40. (There was a 6-month midweek pass for £26 offer in May). A 12-month midweek pass currently costs £75.

You can get a 12-month midweek pass from Tesco for £30. With Sainsbury the minimum spend per delivery is £40 and Tesco it is just £25. A nice feature of the Tesco offer is that if at the end of the year the cost of paying for individual deliveries would have been less than that of the pass it will issue a voucher for the difference.
I have found ASDA, Ocado and Tesco have all responded well to any issues that I have raised. I have yet to try Sainsbury home deliveries so I cannot comment on how the quality of its service and produce compares with the above supermarkets.0
