I can repay my unsecured debts-22k-possibly in about 4 years-but only just and not without a lot of pain. Would you persevere ? Im tempted to just say sod it -we can all be a bit creative with outgoings -and enquire about an IVA.
How much sh*t do you have be in to be accepted ? Which IP practitioners give the best value and what kind of reductions can they get on the debts ?

Without seeing your SOA - it does sound as if an IVA may be a better option than Bankruptcy, but why not have a chat with one of the Debt Counselling Charities, such as CCCS or PAYPLAN - there are links at the top of the main page, or PM CCCS_Matthew.
Their advice is professional, impartial and free.
Good luck.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
