Morning all, just after a bit of advice please
Have just discovered the delights of the hobnobs, where have I been to have missed these, and we LOVE them.
Want to make a cheesecake at the weekend usually use digestive biscuits but thought hobnobs would be good, should I bake the biscuits as normal then use like digestives or spread out in bottom of cheesecake tin and bake for a little longer, anyone tried this?
This is if course presuming that the said biscuits make it into the cheesecake ........:D

Yes I would bake them probably the day before so they firm up enough to then crumble into the biscuit base when you bash them.

I'd bake and then crumble as the base is usually biscuit crumbs mixed with butter/marg so that it's possible to cut it easily0
