This is just an initial enquiry as to how banks do mortgages these days.

Is it still three months' payslips or do you need more as the rules have changed recently?

Will it matter that my wages aren't the same every month? Some months I get paid for 12 days and some months for 15 days (depending on when my boss puts in the payroll as I get an hourly rate)? But I do the same amount of days each week.

Typically, three months payslips and P60.

Often supported by three months bank statements.

Lenders use gross annual salary, so monthly variations should not impact.

Okay, thank you very much for that. I have had my mortgage quite a while and can't really remember what we had to do.

I'm not planning on getting another mortgage for a couple of years and was trying to figure out how to get the maximum possible mortgage.

I only work three days a week, but my boss would gladly have me back full time. I was planning working full time for a few months to get my payslips up and then go back to three days once I had the paperwork. I'm guessing this is a big no-no, but....
