Purchase Management Agency Problem

@ Dave Ham, They are meant to be a property management consultancy agency who find ideal properties for home owners and investors. They say they will find you the house and manage all aspects of the purchase and eventual sale of the property (however i just learnt the sale is at an extra cost). Now Im seeing them in a new light I realize they are out to prey on unsuspecting soldiers who don't understand the proceedings of purchase and may not be in a position/understand how to proceed with the buying of a property. They charge a lot of money for something that can be done relatively cheaply and it seems to me that they change their ways of operation very quickly as the second property I was going to buy with them would not of cost me a lot of money from the fees side however this property fell through as the proceedings took too long and i had to send in further documents which i couldn't do as I was away.

@Stephenni, I have not paid anything yet but their new charge is still worrying me! I sent you copies of all the documents I feel are relevant for you to have a look at.
    Thanks for your help again

Poor show as a business model preying on those home/away protecting the country.

You will need someone in the know to look formally at the contract. If they pursue legally, I cannot see a court agreeing with them given the situation unless the contract and specifics are water tight.

Sent a subject access request earlier today after being advised to do so. The company has sent me the reply already! I didnt expect it so quickly and looks like they are going to proceed with the charges and invoice anyway...

Perhaps you should pop round there with your L85A2 to 'resolve' the matter with them.
