OR phone interview

well had a brief phone call from a lady from OR office (dont know if she is actually the OR, she was very nice) and got our 'proper' phone calls booked for Wednesday morning. Guess we just need to have the forms in front of us to go through with a fine tooth comb. strange thing was she said she was from Croydon and we are north of the Humber. odd?
moving on.

Not really odd to be honest...maybe your local office is too busy? sometimes they will shift casework to quieter offices
make sure you have any questions you might need to ask written down (its your chance to talk as well during the interview) have a cuppa on standby & it'll be fine one thing to remember the examiner will have the odd quiet bit in the call while they write up notes dont be tempted to fill the silence with waffle!! :rotfl::rotfl:Not quite a newbie as you think

as Phil says be prepared with you soa in front of you and listen to what she says before answering, stick to the truth and keep calm.
They have closed some offices recently and moved staff to other areas.
You will be fine Bella x0 -
My only advice would be to have a wee first! also if you can don't use a mobile or cordless handset for the call, they rarely have enough talk time in the battery to keep going long enough, during my call had to change handsets half way through!
Pen and paper to take notes, don't make anything up or guess if you don't have the info in front of you, just say you will get back to them, there is no hurry to complete the process, your discharge will be a year from when the petition went in, not from when the interview and paperwork is complete.every time I manage to get one more breath into this body, I will sing a song of thanks to you my brothers, my sisters, my friends, may your sleep be peaceful, and angels sing sweetly in your ears.0
