Hi, I got into a mess with debts in 2009 after my business collapsed and marriage ended. I've been told these defaults will drop off my credit file in 6 years. I'm in an arrangement with a debt management company paying a min payment. When these drop off, do I still owe the money, will credit company's still chase for the outstanding debts???
